Refund Policy

14-day refunds

If you are not happy with a course, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed a substantial part of the course (more than 30% of its lessons). This does not limit any additional rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code's 7-day right of withdrawal, which we honour in full.

How to request

Email ben@isikolo.co from the address on your account with your order reference, or use the receipt from Paddle (our payment provider) to contact their buyer support. Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Live classes

Tickets for live classes are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or in full if the class is cancelled or rescheduled and the new time does not suit you.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds where we detect abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund of consumed courses). Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
